Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Sisters Leap for your tea and coffee purchases.
There are a few simple items about our business we wish to highlight.

Payments

1) We accept Mastercard and Visa through our secure website processing.  If you wish to pay using Electronic Funds Payment (email money transfer) or PayPal, please choose ‘cheque’ option at checkout then email us to finalize payment: orders@sistersleap.ca

2) We only send merchandise after payment has cleared, and cannot offer COD terms. If you wish to pay by a personal cheque or money order drawn from a Canadian bank we will accept that as well.  Please contact us prior to placing your online order so we know who you are and can give you our mailing address!  Choose ‘cheque’ option at checkout to complete processing your order.  Choosing this method will delay receipt of your parcel due to increased processing time.  If payment is not received within 10 days your order will be cancelled.
