Sisters Leap Tea Shipping Policy

Our usual method is Canada Post using Expedited Parcel. We usually ship within 7 days of your order date.

For Canadian addresses: in transit (after we take it to the post office)  your package will take approximately 4 business days to Western Canadian destinations and approximately 6 business days to other regions in Canada.  Canada Post advises that during the winter holiday season shipping times do increase. We recommend the latest ordering date as December 15 in time for holiday gift giving.  We can also ship next day service with Purolator if your order is purchased before noon MST (this option is available at check out.)  If you live in the Calgary or Okotoks area, order pick up from Sisters Leap is an available choice at check out.  If you any questions about shipping, please contact us: customerservice@sistersleap.ca
 
For U.S.A. addresses: in transit your package will arrive in approximately 14 business days.  Due to increased security clearance times at customs there is a possibility of longer transit times and unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery time frame.  If you need your order quickly we recommend using Purolator.  We will be happy to give an exact quote with Purolator after we receive your order, shipping address and can calculate weight and box dimensions.  We can also provide general quotes based on what you plan to order, so please contact us in advance if you require this service: customerservice@sistersleap.ca

We guarantee that when your order leaves our hands it is carefully packed to make the trip to you!  In addition, we insure all of our parcels for shipping.  However, if an unfortunate breakage or loss occurs in transit we will provide you with your shipping documents to assist you in making your claim.

Within Canada
Canada Post Expedited Parcel (insured value up to $100)
Shipping cost is $5 to all Canadian addresses.

Purolator Express within Canada (insured value up to $100)
Extra insurance is available at 3.5% of value of goods above $100
This is next day delivery by 5 p.m. and is available to major centres. Shipping fees will differ depending on destination and weight of package.  For example:
~ a 10 pound package shipped from Calgary to Regina would cost $31
~ a 5 pound package shipped from Calgary to Regina would cost $27

USA destinations
Canada Post Expedited Parcel (insured value up to $100)
Extra insurance is available for a nominal fee on orders over $100
For orders up to $100 – shipping cost $22.95
For orders $101 and above – shipping cost $28.95

Purolator Ground to USA
This is an estimated five-day transit time.  Shipping rates vary, but for example:
