Sisters Leap Exceptional Teas Return Policy
If you require assistance with your order after you receive it, please read the policy below and contact us within seven days at customerservice@sistersleap.ca
Perishables: due to the nature of tea, coffee and vanilla beans we are not able to take returns on these products. However, if it appears that you have received an incorrect food item please contact us upon receipt of your parcel and we will make it right. (Although not every taste profile appeals to all customers, please know that we only ship quality products that maintain our high standards. Sisters Leap samples from each new shipment we receive before allowing it for sale, ensuring a premium product for you in taste, look and aroma.) Non – Perishables: in good faith we list the colours &/ patterns (appearance may vary from monitor to monitor) and dimensions of our accessories and aprons. But what happens if you receive your order in good condition and you just don’t think it is for you? Please read the section below on How To Make a Return! Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and must be sent in a manner that is well protected for travel, traceable and insured.
How To Make a Return
Non-perishable product returns need to be processed via Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for approval prior to shipping your return. The RMA form can be accessed in your customer profile page, and is linked to each order you make. The RMA request must be processed within seven days of receipt of your order, and your return parcel postmarked no later than 14 days after receipt of your initial order. After Sisters Leap receives your returned item(s), a refund or exchange (as agreed upon) will be immediately processed. Often, credit card refunds can take a few days to post to your account after we process it.
Damages to your order in transit
If you receive an item that had been damaged in transit, contact us and we will forward your shipping documents to you so you can make a claim with the appropriate courier or post office. Unfortunately we do not offer credit terms and cannot ship COD, but we will be happy to put aside the items you wish to re-order until payment can be made.
